2013 recap and thoughts

2013 was a really interesting year. I published a book and started a new company called the PAR Program.

In building the PAR Program company I have had quite the educational experience. I don’t even know where to start with that. It was rough at the start, going negative in development and building out a team, but after making it through the dip having a monthly stable income producing company is really awesome.

I think one of the toughest things for me has been losing that affiliate mentality of expecting everything to happen immediately. At times the best thing I have done was to do nothing…. Ya I know.. But my enthusiasm is probably my best AND worst asset.

For instance I JUST completed all the investor materials so I can *now* send accredited investors information as they have been asking. This is something I wanted done 3 months ago =P.

I have to tell you making the business plan was the hardest thing I have ever done. There was a time I thought those things were silly.. But I want to do this right so I took a long time and put it all down and in doing so I learned so much about my own company, culture, direction, plan and all that. Now that its complete I am really glad I did it.

Its been a great 2013 and here is to a great, profitable, and healthy 2014!!!
