Originally, the term referred to the general practices and strategies companies used to manage and interact with their customers. With the wide adoption of computers and the Internet, however, CRM became a synonym for the software used to manage those practices and strategies. The Helpdesk, which is the section dedicated to customer support, enables your business to provide personalized support more efficiently through a ticketing system. Other features include groups, smart views to prioritize tickets, service level agreements, canned responses and so on. As I mentioned before, the software is completely free up to 10 users, so give it a try!
